Q: Do you offer wood samples?
A: Yes, we offer a vast selection of wood samples. If you would like free wood samples for a specific range please contact us.

 

Q: Do you stock a particular product that is not listed on your website?
A: Some product is already stock and ready to sell if you want know about our product stock list, please contact us with fill the form on contact page or you can visit to our showroom.

 

Q: Do you accept for custome design order.
A: 80% all of our product are custom made and custome design we have high talent designer staff to help you, and we give you for free design if you order of products to us.

 

Q. How can I pay?
A: We accept most forms of payment. Online order payment is by credit or debit card. If you would prefer to place your order over the phone please call 0845 259 3239 with product and card details.

Q: Where do you deliver and how much is delivery?
A: We deliver to any address within kalimantan island. anad for Balikpapan areas is FREE

 

Q: When will my goods be delivered?
A: Please refer to the individual Anticipated Delivery Time for each item in your order. We endeavour to deliver multiple items in one delivery.

If after placing an order a product is available before the anticipated delivery date, we may contact you earlier than anticipated to arrange delivery. When items are ready for despatch you will receive an email advising you that our carriers will contact you by phone to arrange delivery. If there are unforeseen delays we will contact you.

A. We offer a 7 day no-quibble money back guarantee should you wish to return furniture that is not suitable.
